The following are admission requirements for enrollment at Atlantis Aviation
- Minimum age is 17 for Private Pilot Program (note: must turn 18 before starting other programs)
- Ability to read, speak, write, and understand the English Language
- Successful completion of High School/GED/Equivalency, or higher
- FAA Class 2 Medical Certificate, or higher
- Sufficient funds to cover training and living expenses for the duration of the program (verification must be provided with registration paperwork)
In addition, non-native English speakers must submit one of the following:
A recognized English language proficiency test with equivalent scoring results
- TOEFL minimum score:
- 61 – 78 (may require additional English classes upon arrival)
- 79 – 120
- IELTS minimum score:
- 5.5 – 6.0 (may require additional English classes upon arrival)
- 6.5 – 9.0
- Graduated from an American High School
Please Note:
– If a Medical Certificate is revoked by regulatory authorities, Atlantis Aviation will terminate training.
– Atlantis Aviation will admit students without regard to sex, race, national origin, sexual orientation or handicap unless otherwise restricted by the Federal Aviation Administration’s regulations.
